These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LIANA OFFICIAL ("Liana Store", "we", "us", "our"), including our website, reseller dashboard, mobile application, and API (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, topping up your wallet, or placing an order through the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Liana Store is operated as a digital top-up and reseller platform, providing in-game currency, vouchers, and digital top-up products for supported games and platforms via our own API and dashboard. Liana Store is GST registered.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, phone number) is accurate and that you have the authority to accept these Terms.
3. Account & Security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API key confidential.
- Any activity performed using your account or API key is treated as authorized by you.
- Notify us immediately at the contact details below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Wallet & Coins
The Service uses an internal wallet balance, referred to as "Coins", to facilitate purchases within the Service only. Coins:
- Have no cash value outside the Service and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, or redeemed for cash.
- Are added to your wallet only after a successful deposit, an admin-approved manual credit, or a valid coin redemption code.
- Are deducted automatically when you place an order for a supported product.
5. Orders & Delivery
Orders are digital and typically delivered instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment, subject to the upstream game/provider's own processing times. See our Delivery Policy for details.
6. Refunds & Cancellations

7. Reseller / API Use
If you use our API or dashboard to resell digital top-ups to your own customers, you are solely responsible for your relationship with, and any commitments made to, your own customers. Liana Store is not a party to those transactions and provides the underlying fulfillment service only.
8. Prohibited Use
- Using the Service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse bugs in pricing, redemption codes, or the API.
- Circumventing rate limits, IP whitelisting, or other security controls.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in breach of this section, including forfeiting any remaining wallet balance obtained through fraudulent means.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Upstream game/provider outages are outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liana Store's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order or deposit giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
